Complete Interior Renovation
From layout changes and building services to floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms and fixed furniture, we renovate the entire space under one work programme.
From partial renovation to complete interior refurbishment in apartments, villas, offices and commercial spaces, we manage demolition, services, electrical and plumbing work, walls and ceilings, flooring, painting, cladding and fixed furniture under one application plan.
A renovation may involve only renewing surfaces, or it may require a complete reorganisation of electrical and plumbing systems, partition walls, kitchen, bathroom, flooring and fixed furniture. For this reason, we assess the existing structure and the elements that need to change before work begins.
By sequencing interdependent works correctly, we aim to reduce unnecessary repetition and establish material and team coordination from the outset. As the scope becomes clearer, the budget, work programme and application decisions can also progress in a more controlled way.
We define the scope according to the age of the space, existing services, usage plan and elements to be retained. Not every renovation requires stripping the entire property, but changing only visible surfaces is not always sufficient either.
From layout changes and building services to floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms and fixed furniture, we renovate the entire space under one work programme.
We coordinate interdependent items such as services, waterproofing, ceramic finishes, worktops, cabinetry, sanitary ware and lighting in the correct application sequence.
We plan limited works such as renewing flooring, paint, ceilings, lighting, doors, selected service points or a single room without unnecessarily affecting the rest of the space.
Moving on to finishing works without allowing for service requirements, new service points and surface preparation that may emerge after demolition can lead to work having to be repeated. That is why we manage renovation as a layered application plan.
Existing elements to be retained, surfaces to be removed, service interventions and new materials are separated before work begins. This allows teams to progress in an order that prevents one trade from damaging another's work.
The exact scope is determined after the site survey according to the condition of the existing structure, areas to be changed, material preferences, technical requirements and existing elements that will remain in use.
Dimensions, existing surfaces, service points, elements to be retained and renovation needs are assessed on site.
Existing finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring or required sections are removed in a controlled manner, with protection and waste handling organised.
Electrical, lighting, clean-water, drainage and required service modifications are carried out according to the new use.
Partition walls, render, plaster, plasterboard, suspended ceilings, surface preparation and painting are completed.
After screed and any required substrate corrections, parquet, ceramic, porcelain and other finishes are installed.
Kitchen units, cabinetry, sanitary ware, fixtures, lighting and complementary elements are installed and final checks are carried out.
We check how each stage relates to the work before and after it, and progress the material, trade and site programme according to the application sequence.
We inspect the space and identify usage needs, existing issues and the areas that need to change.
We define the work items, material level, application sequence, estimated duration and quotation scope.
We finalise the required layout, electrical, lighting and fixed-furniture decisions, together with product and sample selections, before work begins.
After protection and demolition, we carry out the required electrical, water, drainage, wall and service interventions.
We complete flooring, ceramic, painting, cladding, ceiling, furniture, fixture and lighting installation in the correct order.
We check outstanding items, adjustments, surfaces and operating equipment, then hand over the space after final cleaning.
New paint, ceramic finishes or furniture may look good, but problems can appear later if the plumbing, waterproofing, wall and floor preparation beneath them are not carried out correctly. For this reason, we inspect concealed work before moving on to the next layer.
A complete renovation of an empty apartment is not managed with the same site plan as renovating only the kitchen or bathroom in an occupied home. Protection, work sequence and handover method are arranged separately according to how the space is being used.
