No. Materials can be procured by us, or you may supply the approved products yourself. However, order and delivery dates are managed together with the site schedule to prevent delays.
The duration varies depending on the size of the space, demolition and installation work, custom production and material delivery dates. An estimated start and delivery schedule is shared after the site survey and scope study.
In some cases, it may be possible during partial and limited works. For complete renovations or works involving heavy dust, noise, electricity or water interruptions, keeping the space vacant is safer and more efficient.
Except for hidden infrastructure issues that cannot be identified initially or additional works requested later, the scope and price are clarified in the contract. If an additional requirement arises, information and approval are obtained before implementation.
